Executives

David Forsyth

David Forsyth

Chief Executive Officer

David joined Agility in 2009, developing for clients in the commercial and industrial space in Agility's fastest-growing market. He worked as a team leader and as a systems consultant in the Australian market, leading migration projects for new clients moving to the Orion solution and ensuring that work was completed to a consistently high standard.

In 2012 he was transferred to the Middle East to provide a local presence for Agility's pilot project in Oman and to look for further development opportunities in the Arab world. After piloting the Oman project to a successful completion, in 2015 he moved to Melbourne to head up the client-facing Australian office.

David is a graduate of the University of Otago, Dunedin, New Zealand.

Todd Westwood

Todd Westwood

Chief Operating Officer

Todd joined Agility in 2015, after 5 years leading the service and operational teams at one of New Zealand’s leading internet service providers. Previously he held numerous roles leading customer experience, process improvement, and operations teams in the financial services industry.

As Chief Operating Officer, Todd is in charge of ensuring that our clients continue to enjoy the consistently high levels of support they have come to expect from Agility. The Operations team is at the heart of Agility, providing expert support to all of our clients.

Todd is pragmatic and solutions focused. He is a genuine client champion, intent on delivering exceptional outcomes well ahead of client expectations. He achieves this with his high energy approach, innovative thinking, and sound leadership.

Todd is a graduate of Massey University, Palmerston North, New Zealand.

Dylan Paul

Dylan Paul

General Manager – Product Development

Dylan joined the Agility team in 2008 and has worked in and led both development and support teams across a multitude of Agility clients, giving him a sound knowledge of the energy market and what our clients need to operate their businesses.

As the Product Development manager, Dylan is responsible for maintaining and developing existing and new Agility solutions in line with our product roadmap. He has a keen eye for innovation and quality through which he strives to deliver solutions enhancing the experience on our system for both existing and new Agility customers.

Dylan is a graduate of the University of Auckland, New Zealand.

Shane McHaffie

General Manager – Australia

Shane started at Agility in 2013, working in the development side of the business as a Team Leader and later an Operations Manager, before moving into the General Manager – Australia role in 2018. He uses the experience and knowledge learnt in those roles to oversee the client-facing Australian office, merging the in-depth knowledge of what it takes to develop a solution with a keen understanding of how to deliver the most value to the client.

Shane takes a people-focused approach to team management to help drive customer satisfaction and produce results.

Shane is a graduate of Massey University, Palmerston North, New Zealand.

 

Graeme Ward

Graeme Ward

Vice President – North America

Graeme joined Agility in 2014 after spending the past 12 years in and around the tech world of Silicon Valley both in management and as a consultant.

His primary responsibility is to grow Agility's reach in the United States and other deregulated energy markets.

Prior to leaving New Zealand in 1999, Graeme worked on projects in Vietnam and Indonesia and also launched a flying school and culinary academy!

Jason Christini-Crawford

General Manager – New Zealand & Pacific

Jason joined Agility in 2016 after spending 13 years in various management positions for one of New Zealand’s largest energy retailers. Since joining Agility, he has managed one of the company’s largest client implementations, utilising the Engage platform.

Jason has an in-depth knowledge of the New Zealand electricity and gas retail markets and has been an active member of Electricity Authority working groups. He is responsible for growing Agility’s presence in the New Zealand and Pacific Island markets and for ensuring that existing clients receive excellent service outcomes.

Jason is a graduate of the University of Waikato, New Zealand.

 

Anuj Sahrawat

General Manager – Middle East

Anuj has been a part of the Agility team since 2011. He is passionate, driven, and has almost 8 years of experience in the utility industry. He worked for large Australian clients as a team leader and gained in-depth experience to work closely with the clients to provide the most efficient solutions.

Having an attitude to take on bigger challenges and learn more, he got transferred to the Middle East to manage Agility's largest client in Oman as a Service Delivery Manager. In his role, Anuj fostered an environment of teamwork and ensured that strategy is clearly defined while overseeing performance and maintaining high standards of service. His strong communication and client service skills enhance Agility's process-driven and client-relation building philosophy.

Anuj then got promoted to the General Manager – Middle East role to manage all the existing clients and grow Agility's presence in the MENA and European region. He is now responsible for strategy, enablement, development, sales, service, and support for all Agility's products in these regions.

Anuj is a graduate of the University of Auckland, New Zealand.

James Shaw

General Manager – Sales: Australia & Middle East

James joined Agility in 2016 and comes on board with a wealth of operational and management experience derived from 16 years in the energy industry and over 10 years in the financial services industry within Australia.

He has worked extensively with state government departments and other state/federal regulators developing and implementing statutory schemes and requirements.

James has had extensive relationship, operational, and sales management experience as well as experienced servicing the day-to-day requirements of customers ranging from large commercial and industrial customers, government bodies, small to medium businesses through to residential clients.
