Agility CIS today announced the appointment of Thomas Macaulay as Head of Client Value for Australia, New Zealand & the Pacific Islands.
This new Melbourne-based role is part of Agility’s focus on its existing and new clients, and will be responsible for driving improved business value for clients and adoption of Agility’s SaaS and enterprise utility billing solutions.
Thomas brings to Agility a deep understanding of the utilities industry having spent eight years in senior business development leadership roles within the sector. He served most recently as Head of the Telecommunications and Utilities Segment for Equifax, a leading Australian data and insights company. In this role he delivered outstanding value and growth for some of Australia’s most successful energy retailers.
Prior to this he served as Client Executive for Veda (who were later acquired by Equifax) and in business development roles for Analytics8 and IBM.
