New Zealand’s biggest systematic annual survey of customer opinion, the Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Awards, has given top honours to Orion users in both the electricity and gas retail sectors. The companies with the highest customer satisfaction index for these industries in 2012 are Energy Online and Nova Energy who both use Orion customer relationship management systems.
Energy Online was one of the first companies to use Orion, as a start-up back in 2000. Since then it has grown to a national brand with tens of thousands of customers, all managed and invoiced through its Orion system. Nova Energy has been an Orion user since 2003, during which time it has grown from a regional provider to a national provider.
