Znalytics and Agility CIS merge to provide complete cloud-native energy solution

Znalytics has now been consolidated under the Agility CIS brand, combining our cloud-native SaaS platforms, deep industry experience and local market expertise to provide a complete retail energy solution.

Together we offer enhanced scale, increased investment in product development, and market-leading cloud-based solutions.

Energy Operations System (EOS), our billing and CIS engine, is a highly scalable, flexible platform. It enables retailers to achieve industry best cost-to-serve with modern, API-driven solutions that are autonomous, low-touch, and highly intuitive. We also offer advanced data management tools to transform operational processes for market transactions, and apps and web portals to streamline and optimize experiences for customers and call agents.

Znalytics was acquired by Agility CIS in June 2020 to accelerate our product roadmap, augment our delivery capability, and strengthen our footprint in the USA and Japan. By operating as one company we can more rapidly leverage these opportunities, enhancing our solutions and services for clients.

Craig Jones, Agility CIS CEO, commented:

“We have combined advanced, modern technology with local expertise and twenty years of market leadership to provide a complete cloud-native solution for energy retailers.”

“By fully merging our companies we can accelerate our product development and better leverage our combined scale and deep industry expertise. This will benefit our clients with cutting edge energy platforms that streamline and optimize their entire customer lifecycle.”

Znalytics was originally founded in 2014 by Mari Reddy, President North America, who commented:

“As one company we can enhance our offer for clients, with constant innovation, rapid deployments and increased delivery scale. This will be the foundation for our US growth drive and continued expansion into the lucrative Japanese energy market.”

The United States and Japanese markets represent excellent growth opportunities for Agility. Japan is now the world’s largest deregulated energy market, with over 100 million customer meters and approximately 600 retail energy providers now active. In the USA ongoing deregulation has encouraged new energy retailers to enter the market at pace as well as existing retailers to expand into new geographies. Agility is already the largest provider of billing systems in Australia, with its clients collectively serving more than 2 million end customers.
